Returns, Refunds, Cancellation, Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Spiritual Impressions, every product is prepared and handled with care and devotion. Due to the sacred nature of many items, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are accepted only under the specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Size or variant mismatch, where applicable
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The order number and complete details of the issue must be provided.
- Photos/videos of the issue must be shared within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- For damaged or defective product claims, an uncut unboxing video must be provided. The video must clearly show the package being opened and must include the shipping label.
Approved claims may qualify for replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit depending on the issue and product availability.
Spiritual Impressions reserves the right to approve or reject return and exchange requests on a case-to-case basis.
Simply respond to the order confirmation email to start a return or exchange request.
2. Category-wise Return Policy
The general return and exchange conditions above apply to all eligible categories. Additional category-specific rules are listed below.
Books & Publications
Eligible for return only if the wrong book was delivered or the book was received damaged or defective.
Not eligible for return if used, marked, folded, or damaged after delivery.
Photographs, Paintings, Frames & Artworks
Eligible for return only if damaged during transit or if an incorrect item or size was delivered.
Minor colour variations due to printing or display settings will not be considered defects.
Merchandise & Souvenirs
T-Shirts, mugs, bags, gift items, etc.
Eligible for exchange or return only if the wrong item was delivered, there is a manufacturing defect, or there is a size mismatch.
Apparel must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging, where applicable.
Spiritual & Pooja Items
Idols, pooja items, vibhuti, incense, etc.
These items are non-returnable once opened or used. Return or replacement will be considered only if the wrong item was delivered or the product was received damaged.
Food Products
Coffee powders, sweets, prasadam, bakery items, etc.
Food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened. Replacement or refund may be considered only if the product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery and the complaint is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Taste preferences will not be considered for refunds or returns.
Personalised / Customised Products
Custom-made or personalised products are strictly non-returnable and non-cancellable unless the error occurred from our side.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for approved return claims, eligible cancellations before dispatch, or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will be processed only for the product value. Shipping, packing, customs duties, taxes, or other charges are non-refundable.
Refund options may include refund to the original payment method or store credit.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
Spiritual Impressions is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier/transit agencies
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Damage occurring during transit beyond reasonable control
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products, wrong items delivered, or size/variant mismatch, where applicable.
Once the returned item has been received and verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item, subject to verification and product availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, preferably within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the Return Policy.
- Customised or special-order products cannot be cancelled.
Spiritual Impressions reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Return Shipping
- If the error is from our side, return shipping costs will be borne by Spiritual Impressions.
- In all other approved cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
7. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Order status updates will be sent to the registered email ID/mobile number.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and dimensions, delivery destination, and courier partner rates.
- International shipments may attract customs duties or local taxes, which must be borne by the recipient.
- Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and packaging requirements.
- Shipping charges are subject to revision based on courier partner rates.
